Questions
Good to know
Is there a minimum volume or contract?
Prices are per operation, so you pay for what you use. Tell us your expected volumes and we will confirm any terms for your account.
How is storage charged?
Per carton per day by size (small, medium or large), per pallet place per day, per cubic metre per day, or per product per month on fulfilment shelves. See section 9 of the price list.
What do carton sizes mean?
Carton sizes are the sum of length, width and height. For example, a 20 × 15 × 10 cm carton is 45 cm and is priced in the 40–49 cm band.
Can you prepare shipments for marketplaces?
Yes. We pick, label and build cartons or pallets to each marketplace’s rules, with packing lists and unit labels, and can record a video of the assembly.
Do you apply Chestny Znak marking codes?
Yes, at AED 2 per piece. Send us the codes and we apply them during receiving or before dispatch.
Which currencies can I pay in?
The price list is in AED, with USD and rouble equivalents shown for reference. Your invoice currency is confirmed when we open your account.
